DELIVERY

The cost of delivery is free in the UK. Your goods will be dispatched to you within 7 working days of receiving the order and cleared funds (subject to stock availability). Please note additional Postage charges occur for the following UK areas Northern Ireland, Channel Isles & Scilly Isles and Republic of Ireland.

If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the UK please contact us first to obtain a quote.

Please ensure you give the correct delivery address and postcode. It is important that you provide the correct email address so we can contact you should there be a problem with your order.

AVAILABILITY

In the unfortunate event that the print you have selected is out of stock we will contact you & endeavour to provide a suitable replacement product.

RETURNS

If you are not totally satisfied with your print you can return it to us within 7 days of our postage date and we will refund the goods amount to you (less any postage and packaging charges).

In order to return goods please email any details. Prints being returned must be returned in an unused and resalable condition complete with the original packaging and at your own cost. We highly recommend that you send returns via a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for returns which fail to arrive. If an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you & any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you.

Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In the case of all damaged items a full refund will be offered.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

We pack and check your order thoroughly before dispatch. Occasionally, damage can occur in transit, even though we pack items carefully to avoid this. If a parcel, arrives in a damaged condition please notify us immediately. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.

DATA PROTECTION

When making a purchase from this site you will supply us with information. Some of this information is Personal Data and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. Information collected and stored by 4littleart will only be used to fulfill your order and occasionally send you marketing material about 4littleart. The privacy of all our customers is extremely important to us, therefore no personal information is sold, traded or given to any other company.

PAYMENT

Please ensure you take great care in completing your address and contact details accurately. All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form and must be in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands). We cannot accept liability for the loss or damage to the goods if they have been delivered in accordance with the customer’s instructions. 4littleart cannot be held responsible for forged, wrongfully altered or otherwise misused transmission details arising from forgery, wrongful alteration or other misuse of the original transmission or that said transmission details appearing on it are found to be at all counterfeit. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, 4littleart cannot be liable if, through no fault of it’s own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties.

LAW

Use of this site and any contract entered into with 4littleart by means of placing an order will be subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England. These conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the customer.
